Originally had problem with a water softener, Rick Nelson was able to not only fix it on the same day, but also took care of several other plumbing problems at same time. Upon his prompt service, education and competitive pricing, I have found both himself and company to be one of, if not the only company I’d call in Waterford/Clarkston area. Thank you very much for all your excellent work.

I called Nelson Plumbing and the owner Rick came out. Something was tripping the breaker and we would lose our water. I thought it was the pressure tank for the well but after he looked at it he said no. His recommendation was to call an electrician. Rick is a very honest man that will not sell you something you don't need.

They were very fast to respond to needs, all employees are very professional and courteous. Owner Rick is also very knowledgeable.
